Refund policy

Returns Process:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your goods from QUADFACTORS, you may return the

item in original condition, with original packaging and your sales invoice, together with a returns note within seven days of purchase for a full refund, less the carriage costs. Please phone to inform us of the problem and ask for a returns note number. Please fill the returns note in fully to speed up processing. Your statutory rights are not affected. After 7 days a 15% restocking charge will be incurred. 15% on the cost of the item, this will be
removed from your refund payment method.

Export enquiries:

We will be pleased to quote specific prices, excluding the Irish rate of Value Added Tax and including air or sea freight to any destination in the World. All prices shown in catalogue are including 23% VAT.
If you are VAT registered we require your VAT number to export without the VAT element.
Prices changes and VAT:  Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices indicated in this catalogue On-line it may not always be possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from this list and change prices as and when necessary. If in doubt about a price please call.

Delivery Info: 

We provide fast shipping to all of Ireland for 10 - 15 euro depending on the item/s ordered. 
Delivery’s usually take up to 2-3 days normally and sometimes may take 4-5 days at busy times of the year for courier companies.

Delivery to UK and rest of Europe cost up to 25E and take 3-5 days.

PARTS RECEIVED: 

Important!!!!! Check all parts as soon as they arrive. We accept no responsibility for incorrect parts after they have been fitted. Check all spares against old parts removed, (especially engine spares) to be 100% sure they are correct. Once fitted or used, it is to late to exchange anything incorrect.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange any item please use the returns/exchange slip. Remember to include posting packaging costs to cover your exchange.

Refunds:
